Default Love my x type

Picked up an 03 X-Type for $1,000 from a nice old couple a week ago. Car had 88k on the clock with all dealer service. The transfer case was cracked. I got a good low mileage one from the junkyard. Charged the seals and fluid and did a trans service. Did a full detail on it today (pics tomorrow). I want to change the air and cabin filter next. Where is the cabin filter located on it? Thanks everyone.

Directly under the windscreen on the passenger side (north american lhd vehicles). There are several how to vids on you tube if you google x type cabin air filter replacement. its a 15 min job tops. welcome to the x type club!!!

Yep - when the severe winter weather warnings kick in, x typers are way more likely to have to make "essential" journeys, eg. Engineering test runs to confirm all is well with, for example, the various Dynamic Stability of the Cat systems we have at our command.
Enjoy!!!
