Message centre ? retrofit ????

Hi is it possible to retro fit the message centre into a 2003 sport model

is it just fitting a new Instrument panel and light switch from a se model or is it more complex ?

I think its possible but not 100% sure
Also the new message centre would need to be coded to your car at a dealer and mileage woudl be zero
