Hello, does anyone know how well the porsche style exhaust system from the Mina website fits the rear bumper cutouts of a 2002 x-type?

 

You will have to elongate the openings . I did mine with a dremel. You can see and hear here.

Dang, so would a muffler shop do that? I don't want to mess anything up by doing it myself.

 

According to Chris @ Mina Gallery, they will fit the existing cut outs without a problem as the two outlets aren't side-by-side but at a bit of an angle. But, a few of us have asked to see pictures of the figure 8 style installed on an X-Type to see what they look like. Haven't seen it yet.

The shop that did the welding on my exhaust could have done the valence opening but, I did not know this in advance so I took the valence off before going to the shop.
