And let me know if either of you guys come to the burgh for the VGP - I'm not sure what the marquee is this year but regardless it's a great time.

BeaveRun sure is a fun course. I've only run the tarmac once, and it was just some open lapping, but I've been out there many times to run the Dirt Days offroad courses.
Awesome, thank you!
What's the VGP?
I'll let you know if I get out to BeaveRun this year. I'm hoping to be able to lap the Beaver at least once this year.

LOL, sounds good.

The VGP = Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix. Multi-weekend event of various vintage cars racing around the park, car shows, all kinds of stuff going on. They do go up to BeaveRun for lapping.

Looks like Audi is this year's Marque (Jaguar was a few years ago). There is a British Car Day again this year of course. (TVR is welcome!). I may take my Rover if I can get it in halfway decent shape.

Here is the website for the event schedule: http://www.pvgp.org/67461012312852830/site/default.asp

Is there a giant chunk of this thread missing....? Did I miss something?

I'm so glad people are actually posting, it used to be pretty dead in this forum back when I was just lurking around.

Sorry ufo - we got a bit off track with the vintage car discussion - sorry for the semi-hijack

Is the rear bumper lower valance on your X original(OEM) or is it modified. It looks very nice with those tips. Nice style indeed.

The dealership nearest you or via an online seller of OEM parts like jaguarparts.com.

No modifications were needed for the rear valence. It fit as is.
