Mirror problem

Default Mirror problem
Wing mirrors will not fold in tried wd40 etc but no budge what is easiest way to sort it out as my mechanical skills are on the par of putting air in the tyres

It might seem a silly question but since you don't list the year for your x-type. Is it possible that you have power fold mirrors. A quick check would show an extra button forward of the mirror adjusting switch.

It's 05 plate and definitely manual checked for button when first tried to fold them thank you for replying
