Misfire keeps coming back

i replaced all 6 coils and plugs 5000 miles ago and im getting a mean misfire again. What else could the issues be?

Vacuum leak? What DTCs are stored in the system? What are fuel trims?

Did you also check/set the plug gap or did you put them in right out of the box?
What type of plugs (split fires or plugs with multi-prongs, or single prongs like NGK Platinum or Iridiums)?
Do you have any oil in the plug wells?
Are you using premium gas?
Vacuum leaks around the throttle body or manifold?
