I make that a total of £202.40 ($320.78).

Look on the bright side. Think how much you've saved on fuel whilst you were doing all that maintenance work.

Hello Fixit,
Your list appears quite reasonable for a 2001 with typical milage.
How many miles/Km?
I've a similar list over the past two years. Several oil changes. Replaced warped front brake rotors. Had a cracked weld on a trailing arm re-welded.
All said, not much maintenance for a 2004 with over 120,000 miles.

best regards,
Bill

Default TSB JTB00055 - Power Steering Squeaking

+1

There's a TSB on rectifying Power Steering Squeak:

TSB JTB00055 - Power Steering Squeaking Repair Procedure.pdf

Apparently the noise is due to the pinion seal in the power steering running dry and the sound is transmitted up the column and into the cabin.

The TSB suggest it's a temporary solution and not a permanent fix.
