Default Covers

Not really sure how I feel about those covers, I guess it's up to the owner of the car. I personally do not feel it.

Smile Beep Beep and Windshield

I have noticed during the very hot weather we are have here in Western Ma. Every once in a while I hear two or three beeps inside the car. The sound is the same as when you push a button on the AC controls. But I am just driving along. I mentioned this last winter when it got really cold I hear a similar beeps. Any ideas?

News

I am getting my new windshield installed today. Yes, it only took three weeks to get one that fit and had the right components. I post a picture of before and after.

" I'm so happy, as happy as can be..........." Name this tune and the group who sang it. Hint Doo Wop from the 50's.

I have both a exacto knife and heat gun, I didn't clixk on your interior site atring yet, but one quick question, is it cut to size? Also most trim comes off with a pry tool which I have 8 or 9 sizes plastic tools, will this work? I have taken wood peices of my Mercedes and the wood on the door was attached to a plate screwed into the door, so if you wanted to get it off you snapped it back own, which sounds relatively easy, no it is not, as when you go to remount the plate is screwed almost flush and I had a heck of the time. Finally got a rubber mallet and tapped it back into place.

The paint in the first picture looks in brand new condition! And i really like the chrome grille too. One thing that you probably already noticed is your passenger side HID headlight is out, thought I should point that out just in case

Question Chrome

The chrome mirror covers look great with the dark paint. I see these on E Bay all the time but my ride is light blue, so I'm not so sure how they would like. I had chrome mirror covers on a Silver Mercedes and they looked good, but silver and chrome go together, I'm not so sure about the light blue however. I did a few small pieces on the door handles and the side front fender lights and both look good IMHO. But I hesitate to go further with the chrome and light blue.

to whomever the icons aren't working for the body of my post. Could be my computer, but anyway, just a heads up.

Nicely done, you had me up until the chrome mirror covers. But it's just me not being a fan of chrome.
