Hi

I have a 2002 3.0 sport with OEM Navi. The problem I'm having is that the voice guildence shuts off from time to time. It'll says "Voice guildence will not shut off because of incomplete data", but if you watch the screen it clearly have all the roads, streets etc... Has this happen to anybody else? If so was it a hardare or software problem? I like to upgrade to a new current DVD but if this is a hardware problem I may just leave it.

You may have to re-install your software. If it still continues to shut off..try installing the newer DVD's from an 05 or 06

 

If the roads are displayed on the map, then im pretty sure its not a matter of the software being out dated. did u check the disc to see if there are any scratches or dust on it, it cud just be a read error.

 

Thanks, I'll try re-installing the DVD and look for dust and or scratches.
