havent had a chance 2 fix nething yet..she said she was driving down the hwy and the car just felt like it was in neutral..it wouldent engage in ne of the gears...and still wouldent..and i heard awhile back that if something major was wrong with the motor the transmission would do that..but im new to jag so thats why im here askin yall lol..and it kinda sounds like the catalytic converter may be clogged?

No, actually more like O2 sensors bad. At least those are the far easier parts to eliminate as the possible cause of the faults rather than the catalytic converters. Not saying those aren't the problems, but I'd start with O2 sensors.
This is assuming nothing crazy happened like someone filled the tank with diesel instead of gasoline...or any other foreign substances.

I think the transmission is decoupling because the engine cannot maintain an expected torque. I don't believe there is any issue with the trans.
You should redirect your attention to fuel delivery. All of these P codes point to either a fuel delivery failure, or the O2 sensors have failed completely and can no longer feed the ECM to maintain a STFT. I'm thinking more now that the O2 sensors are reacting to the lack of fuel rather than causing the problem.
The X-Type uses a returnless fuel system. It maintains fuel pressure at the rail as long as the fuel pump is running. Start by checking fuel pressure at the rail move backwards to the filter, then to the pump.
