Good morning. I just purchased a really nice 04 X-Type 3.0 and need to locate an updated (new) DVD for the navigation system. I don't have a manual for my car yet, so I am trying to find out exactly what I need and where to find it. I appreciate any assistance. Have a great day!

 

The latest one is really a 2 set...east coast and west coast. They are on Ebay for about $80 each...New the set is just under $200 from Denso. Why get both if you live in the east (west) Good luck. The owners manual is available as a download from Jaguar USA.

 

Thanks for your help! I don't have the car in front of me, and I have no manual, so I am not sure exactly what I need. I checked the Denso site and also eBay. All the discs on eBay appear to be from 2006. Is there a newer disc available for the 2004 X-Type? I live in Louisiana, so I would assume I would need the West disc.

I also have an Alpine system in the car. I am wondering if I need an Alpine disc or a Denso. I appologize for not knowing the answer, but the car is not with me, and I cannot check the disc in the car now.

Any suggestions on locating a Denso or perhaps Alpine navigation disc that is more up to date than 2006? Thanks for your help!
