Default New sound from rear axle

It's an annoying whine/howl that starts at 27 mph and builds up till it goes away at 32 mph. It sounds like it's coming from the right rear.

If I accelerate right through it, it doesn't start, but getting stuck by traffic in that tiny window can be excruciating. It resembles a jet engine, not in volume, but in tone.

Any ideas other than it being the same bearing I replaced last year?

Sounds like the center carrier bearing on the propshaft.

Sounds coming from outside/underneath the vehicle can be difficult to pinpoint from inside the cabin.
