daniel, try this, remove the brake pedal switch and if you look, there will be 2 wires attached to the switch, using a paperclip or a small piece of wire, short those 2 wires together (make sure not to let that paperclip touch any surrounding metal). Did the brake lights come on now? If yes, then your brake pedal switch is bad and needs to be replaced. If no, then using a multimeter, check to see if you have 12 VDC on the brown red wire. If you have 12 VDC on the brown/red wire, then you have a wiring issue between the brake pedal switch and the main junction box on the green/white wire. If you don't have 12 VDC, then you have a wiring problem between the brake pedal switch and the main junction box on the brown/red wire. Unfortunately, if you are suspecting a bad wire, this is going to take some time as hand over handing wire is a slow process.

This is a bit strange... That day I wrote this post I was getting ready to go to camp for the holiday weekend.. My son noticed my brake lights were not working when i was testing out my fog lights that I didn't know at that time how to operate.. Lol... now I do ! Thanks to the wonderful people on this website.. Any ways.. Yesterday at camp I was moving my car and guess what .... All my brake lights work... I was happy to see that.. but I'm nervous to think where the lose connection may be... From past experience I know lose connections are hard to find some times...
