Hey All

Thanks for reading my post. I just relized that I have no back up lights and parking sensor on my 2002 x-type 3.0 sport (5 speed). I'm thinking it's the reverse switch. Can anyone tell me where it is and if it's hard to replace?

 

Try the fuse first.....i just can't remember where the the hell it's at[sm=icon_guiness.gif]

Checked last night and it's not to fuse. I guess the switch is the next thing to check. Any hints or advice? Anyone?

 

I had the same thing happen to me. I had a friend clean the switch and it worked for about a day. So that is definitely the problem... I have yet to order one so I would like to know the part number if someone knows. Like bojangles said it is located above the transmission.

About a foot in back of the battery and maybe a foot below. In my case, the picture is almost exactly the same except for some crud and dust.
