Default noise from something...

Hello all! it has been awhile since I had a reason to post any issues... I guess that's a good thing. A few weeks ago a friend pointed out a noise while i was driving. it sounds like a whom whom whom maybe from the front of the car while driving. almost like a time with something on it but at a much slower pace then the car is moving at.

If i am going 70 mph you hear the whom whom sound every half a second and at that same pace if i am going 30 mpg.

I was thinking about doing the grease in the drive shaft that some people on hear have done but i was looking for a little input from you guys first

jvegas, I was thinking the rear driveshaft bearing myself. I would try that first and see how things go.

Missed you. Don't be afraid to post up a little bit more.

i figured i will start there first. its the easiest thing to try first.

it does seem the sound is coming from the front wheels, but maybe thats just me.

I have been busy as hell and almost never have a chance to come on here anymore. I think i will make some time it least once a week to be on here.

Thanks for the help!
