Carlos, what you are describing, it sounds like the window mechanism has failed. You will need to buy a new mechanism. This will entail buying the drive motor, the drive cable, and the associated pulleys. This is one big unit. This is the same unit that you would end up buying if your motor for the window failed. Replacing it is not that difficult. It will involve manually lifting the window up and then taping it in place (duct tape works for this). Then you can remove the retaining bolts for the drive mechanism. Finally you will need to loosen the fasteners holding the mechanism to the glass. From there you can remove the old mechanism and install the new one. Then installation is the reverse process.
