Default OBD 2 will not clear all (x-type 2.5 manual)

4 weeks ago I had the o2 sensors replaced, I have driven this car hundreds of miles since and it still shows 1 code & 1 incomplete monitor will I be able to pass Calfornia smog?
code reader, READs as follows
1 CODE
P 1000
MIL OFF
MONITORS 1 INC
COMP
6 READY
MISFIRE
FUEL
CATLYST
EVAP
O2 SENSOR
O2 HTR

SPOKE WITH MECHANIC WHO DID THE REPAIR HE THOUGHT IT WOULD PASS SMOG WITH 1 INC MONITOR, SPOKE WITH GUY AT SMOG SHOP HE COULD NOT SAY. BOTH ADVISED NOT TO ERASE AND START OVER
THANK YOU FOR YOUR ADVICE.

red03xtype, your car will not pass inspection because they are looking for the P1111 code (all checks SAT). I would recommend going out for a long drive (30 miles or so) where most of it is highway driving. But, you also want some in town driving (getting to the highway should be sufficient). If you do a lot of short drives, the entire sequence that the computer checks can not be completed in that time and therefore is still giving you the P1000 code (not all systems checked, but nothing found wrong either). That should hopefully give the car time to complete the driving checks and convert the P1000 code to P1111.

I have done a long drive and duplicated what i had to do to reset my Mustang. fuel at or near 3/4 qtr tank of gas. drive 10 minutes at 40 miles an hour, drive 10 minutes at 65 mph. stop let idle for 3 minutes. than I came home and checked it still same codes.

Should I erase all codes and do the driving cycles again?

I change my thermostic I went to reset the code by taking out the beg; from the batterie/ but my friend told me I should clear the codes with a ODB so I did - ( idiot move ) by me doing that P1000 came up which means it needs to go through drive circle which can be done with a step by step instruction which you can find right here on this site -

But in my state which is New Jeresy USA - it allows one component not to be ready some state they allow two - now I'm telling u this cause the DMV didn't know this - I had to tell them they looked it up , & I passed - Ford ecalled this issue they put a faulty device in theses cars that cause p1000 code to come up & never resets

Hope u pass

Took the car for a drive this morning and it finally reset the last monitor and gave me the p1111 code. I took her through the California smog test and she passed.

Thank you all that replied...
