Default oil not contaminated. Good.

Hello to all that stumble upon my post, and dare to give me their expertise, and advices. I drive a 2004 Jaguar X type 2.5 v6 w/ a 5 speed tranny. My issue out of..a few is that the level of the antifreeze drops substantially! I checked the motor oil dipstick, and the cap, and peeked inside, and it does not seem contaminated. Although, white smoke emits from the tail pipes, and a smell of burning antifreeze lingers. It looks like pieces of dirt, oil, or perhaps both have settled at the bottom of the expansion tank. I'm contemplating of replacing the head gaskets, flushing the antifreeze, and refilling. I use Dexcool 50/50. The gallon with the orange cap!
