Default P0430 code after replacing cooling system, ac system and ignition system

Okay so the wife hit a deer and I had to get down and dirty and do some work

Now, I'm getting the P0430 code. I did break the fuel rail tube that goes into the back of the plenum from the fuel rail at the flange, so I poked it back in and taped it. It looks like a potential problem. I was wondering if that could be the case. When I put the car back together I didn't snap the tire sensor in all the way, and that caused a tire pressure sensor error message. I found it partially plugged, and it fixed it. I'm sure that's whats going on here, but I thought perhaps that rail vacuum tube could be the culprit. Any links to some good deals on the tube anybody?

Anyways, thankfully if it is the cat, its the front.

Any pertinent suggestions would be appreciated.
