p1260 fault code.

my x type 2ltr petrol 03 plate has come up on rac computer p1260 theft detected vehicle immobilized...

please help...
situated black country..

turns over but won't fire as you turn the key to start it the hazard lights flash twice if that helps to explain my problem

NOTE= the reset "immobilizer" in the post, the button one. (i.e. Make sure the inertia switch did not trip. It is located in the right front lower A post kick panel.)

NOTE = key "transponder" portion has lost programming. That's the top capsule inside key fob. Not the programming of the lower key pad functions.
