Default Paint Code not on door jamb

I bashed my rear bumper and want to find a second hand replacement - but the panel showing the code is missing from my car - in fact no evidence it was ever there. The panel inside the door jamb only shows tire pressure info, and there aren't any labels anywhere else; boot, bonnet, nowhere.
How can I find out the code? It's a pale blue 2004 car.

Any Jaguar Dealer can look it up from the VIN using the online DDW (Direct Dealer Warranty) system. If you enquire at the Parts Department about a Jaguar Touch Up Paint Pencil, they would have to look it up to find the right colour code ......

Not sure about LHD cars but look on the 'A' pillar.

I know it's hard to believe, but there's nothing on any of my pillars. Main dealer got it for me though, as Graham said. JJF it is.

On LHD cars for North America (Canadian, US and Mexican models) the sticker is at the bottom of the B pillar: it gives both the paint and trim codes.
