i was removing the front passenger side parking light and i pulled to hard and the lens/ back side of headlamp that reflects all the light, pulled out, now it is loose it pull front back side to side up and down.

for now i just put tape on it to hold it in place and screwed the cap back on it.

is there anyway to pop it back into place?

xjagx, as much as I hate to say this, you are probably suffering from the dreded broken headlight problem. There are 4 posts that hold the reflectors in place and if you tug on them too hard, you end up breaking them. You can try pulling the headlight out of the car and then epoxying the posts back together, but you stand a high likelihood of not getting a permanent fix. It is a weakness of the car. If you want more info on this, let me know.
