Default PCV Valve

I've been researching the forum about PCV Valve symptoms/replacement but have not found anything yet!
Well this is the problem with my 03' X-Type 2.5 L

1st I noticed poor performing upside hill.
2nd Very poor response while hitting gas above 3000 RPM.
3rd Car runs now on limp mode.

I noticed the Vacuum hose from PCV Valve to Intake Manifold was collapsing(was not an original one) I just had it replaced by an original one and car was fine until after 100's miles I ran everything began to fall apart as described above.

I also noticed the PCV Valve shakes(still in place) and I think car has a vacuum leaking problem, but I think I need an special tool to pull out the PCV Valve I just couldn't get it out by turning it like I was expecting to.

Please help!

I want to replace the PCV Valve before going thru further investigation.

The pcv valve should just twist and then pull right out! You can get replacement pcv valves from rockauto.com for cheaper than anywhere else I've found them. Have you gotten any check engine light codes from the vacuum leak? The main sources for vacuum leaks are the brake booster valve (little plastic thing on the booster hose) and the imt o-rings along with the pcv valve and the hose.

Did you get the updated pcv valve hose or is it the one without ribbing still?

DISGUAY

First thanks for replying and helping me fixing my issues.
Here are the codes:
-P0171
-P0174
-P0105
-P1442
-P0191

I did replace the PCV Valve, I got the new updated hose also, I just had replaced the brake booster hose since valve was leaking and I haven't try my car yet, I hope this improve its performance I will keep you updated this weekend.
The P1442 evaporating system leak(small leak) makes me think that I will need to replace the intake manifold gaskets unless leakage since I'm getting the P0191 "fuel rail pressure sensor circuit range/performance" I think this is due to gas leakage the low pressure in the fuel rail triggers this code instead "gas tank lid" which commonly triggers this code.
Tell me what you think?

Default update

Well I decided to post an update on the PCV Valve issue I had.
I did replace the following:
1-PCV Valve and hose(new updated one)
2-Upper and Lower intake manifold gaskets
3-brake line vacuum
4-brake line vacuum seal(manifold part)
5-Since I pulled out the intake manifold I replaced the spark plugs

Outcome,
1-codes are gone!
2-car runs well now
still has a small leakage from the gasket located at the brake booster where the brake line gets attached to, I know that because when I hit the brake I can hear the noise of the air going into the line plus little tiny idle issue maybe less than 100rpm more than the baseline.

I hope this serve to whoever have similar issues.
Good luck.
