I am trying to figure out what the part number for the PCV VALVE is since there are two available.

Spike, it is easier than you think. Open the hood and look at the top of the PCV valve. If you look at the plastic, it should be either gray or purple (as I recall). Tell them that you need a PCV for your XXXX year X-Type and you have a gray (or purple) PCV valve. From there, they will get you the correct one.
