Please Help !!!
Hi everyone
I'm new to the Jag scene so know nothing about them.
I bought my first X-type Jag yesterday and as much as I love it I'm already having problems with it.
I'm hoping someone can help.
When I lock my car the alarm goes off and I cant get it to stop, I can start the car and drive and yet it continues to sound, after a while it must reset it's self as it stops but only after about 15/20 minutes.
It's a 2002 2.5V6 4 wheel drive saloon
Please can any one give me some advise

Maybe the hard reboot (see battery cables' use to reset system) will fix the issue.
