Plug Change Nightmare

Plug Change Nightmare
So... went to go change the plugs and coils this weekend as have been getting an intermittent misfire on #1.
(see pic below)
Issue 1: When trying to remove the manifold, one bolt snapped. It was coming out tough, lots of back and forth, then of course it snapped (on picture, #1). I sprayed panther pi$$ down the copper sleeve and let it sit overnight and tried my bolt extractor but it won't budge. I'm tempted to just thread the top half of the copper sleeve and use a shorter but larger bolt unless anyone out there has a better suggestion???
Issue 2: Last bolt on the far left (on picture, #2) just spun. Turns out the brass fitting is loose. Had to drill the head off then could use a pliers to hold the fitting and spin the bolt out once the manifold was off. I've heard this is a problem, especially with this particular bolt, but many have said that with a little pressure the sleeve comes out too and you can epoxy it back in. No joy here. Any experience with a fix? Drill through and use the wing-nut fix from the bottom?
Issue 3: The plug for cylinder 1 was covered in oil and #3 was wet but not soaked. Factory originals so obviously poor maintenance to date. While I'm knee-deep in broken bolts I might as well take the valve covers off too and replace the seals there but any experience on whether it could be a bigger issue?
Thanks in advance. I'm gonna pour a Templeton Rye and relax for a bit.
