A gentleman on the UK forum sells apparently-bespoke polyurethane bushes for the X-Type:



You can contact him either through Facebook or Jaguarforum.co.uk (as I did). I bought a set of control arm bushes some time ago, had them fitted by a professional and they seem excellent.

 

I bought bushings from him too, not exactly cheap, but worth it. I believe the stock sway bars are 19mm. I don't know if those universal ones will fit or not, universal doesn't mean it will work on every car like it suggests, but they might.

 

Thanks guys...yeah and advanced auto hires clueless highschool girls...lol, they are 19mm...powerflex sells the pair for about 60 bucks....not bad...my other vehicles 1.99 a side, go figure....you have to love it or leave it alone!!!
