Default Porsche Style Exhaust Tips

I just had a shop put on my exhaust system from the mina gallery and it is awesome. Everything fitted perfectly, the shop welded on everything instead of using the clamps though. The porsche style tips fit in perfectly. The sound is amazing, very very deep. Almost like a AMG mercedes. It doesn't sound like the youtube clip of the mina exhaust. Its much much deeper i think. I would definitely recommend this exhaust to anyone. I'll try to put some pictures up soon.

Nice! That's awesome. How much does a Mina setup like that go for? Describe the exhaust noté in depth for us

I got it from the Mina Gallery for about $500 with shipping. It was just installed today. When the car is started it gives a nice deep burble. When accelerating from lower rpms, it gives a nice smooth, deep note. It is not loud when cruising, but tap the gas and you get a nice growl. Where i live has experienced a snow storm so i haven't floored it and heard it at higher rpms yet. I hope this helps, i'm trying to describe it the best i can.

The website i ordered it from is:

That DOES look nice. I was actually thinking of those tips, guess I'll have to do something different now. =P

Its too bad the exhaust hole in the valance isnt a bit wider, it looks like it could use a bit more room, but, definitely an improvement from stock. One question though, what's all that white stuff on the ground?

I dont they they look good or suit...too tightly squeezed in maybe because they are a little high???
To be fair Im not a fan of them on the Porches they were designed for either...were they trying to save money when going for proper quads or just going for the 'look how squished together we can make them look' look?!
Why not cut the valence a little but more and put stick some chrome adhesive strips around to give it a pro finish like DougX did with his on the .co.uk forum
Prefer these ones but each to their own!

Thanks for the description of the exhaust note. It sounds beautiful. Is it a noise that could grow old to you do you think? Does it sound like every other high revving european car, such as its a mellow and deep growl? Or does it sound like your typical Buick?

The stuff on the ground is snow and ice. It came as polished stainless steel, its just dirty from the snow on the ground. The valence did NOT need to be trimmed, it fit perfectly. I don't think it will grow old, i love it. Every time i drive under a bridge i role down the windows to listen.
No it doesn't sound like a buick. Thanks for the opinions!

I love the sound of a freely exhausted high revving european motor. For 500$ I might just invest in that. Do u have a sound clip by chance?

hmm a european motor? Like ferrari?

Here's a clip of what it supposedly sounds like, but i think mine sounds alot deeper then this. I haven't heard the exhaust while someone else drives it though, only revving it and while i drive it.

I'll try and film mine soon.
