Default Possibly limp mode, can it be connected to code P1699?

Sometimes engine begins to shake, car is barely moving, check engine light begins to blink. It usually stays on because of P1000 and P1699 codes.
Is this shaking connected to engine codes? So should I go after codes first or try to diagnose the shaking, which can be low fuel pressure?
Is there valve in fuel raiol or I have to disconnect fuel hose to attach pressure gauge?
Thanks
