Negative on after market suspension parts other then the lowering springs. You might try measuring the busings on the sway bar and locating a company that has stiffer grommets/bushings.

thanks, I noticed you got 300hp out of your x-type?? thats pretty impressive man, out off all the motor mods, what would you recommend doing first, I already have an exhaust system. I know everyone has probly asked you this already but could you list what you have done?

Well, some really easy mods that will show positive hp gains are:
Port the intake & throttle
install bosch +4 plugs
K&N filter
Re-locate the battery to the trunk, right rear side.
Arden ECU tune.
lowering springs--lower the car
run high octane fuel (93 or better)

If you have the cash
Complete exhaust system, headers, highflow cats, cost about 2K
after that, you need to get into the heads for porting, valve job, etc....expect to pay about 7-10K

not worth it.

yes, I wet sanded with 400, then 1000 just to get rid of some rock chips and such, then whipped it clean with acidtone, tape it off and painted. for the trunk, i used a small brush and some modle paint to fill in the letters. whole process was about 2 hours give or take. The only thing that was removed for painting was the grill
