Default Purchasing a T17 Torx Bit for the Mass Air Flow Sensor

Where can I buy a T-17 Torx bit (or T17 socket bit)? I searched all over Google and could not locate one. I did find one site that offered a set for almost 50 dollars, but I think they misprinted the T17 in there set. The seller has a picture of 7 Torx T-handles, but the discription states 8 T-handles:
T-9, T-10, T-15, T-17, T-20, T-25, T-27, T-30
Seller Torx Key Sets, Torx T17 | Toolfetch
(Wiha Tools 36492 7-Pc T-Handle Torx Set)

I checked the manufacture website, but I was not able to locate a torx T-17. I only need a T-17. My T-15 is too small and my T20 is too big for the Mass Air Flow Sensor screws.

I picked up a nice set a while back at lowes. It came with a tone of torx sizes, phillips etc. Its a screwdriver set though unlike what you had posted.

Online they really don't go into detail on what sizes come in what sets but if you have a Lowe's or Home Depot close buy you will find a T17.

Just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about heres a link. Again don't order this online because they don't really say what sizes you will get.

Now I look, they certainly seem to be very rare.

I have located one source in the UK.
Maybe worth contacting them re international posting.
Then maybe set up a supply service to other Jaguar owners?

jnole, check out your local hardware store and look in the screw driver section. You should be able to find a box of like 30 bits that all slide into a common screw driver handle for around $10. Even some of the dollar stores have these kits. I have like 3 or 4 of these kits at my place since it seems to be what people think I need.

Having checked through all my various boxes with Torx drivers in them, I find that not only do I not have a T17 size driver, nor does my MAF appear to have any Torx screws - they're Posidrive screws, or are we talking about some internal to the MAF? Maybe they changed after 2003?

Here are some pictures of the screw in question. A T-15 is too small and a T-20 is too big. Both of my 2003 X-Type have the same 5-point Torx screws.

That's the throttle motor on the side of the throttle body, not the MAF that is the smaller unit fitted nearer the air filter and secured to the trunking with two screws. What's the problem you're trying to fix?
