Quarter Window Installation
This is driving me crazy, but I removed the quarter window from the back door in order to replace the window trim and when I put the quarter window back in the door, there is a gap now between it and the door seal on the outside. Unfortunately, this means water will leak like crazy into the door.
I put everything back exactly as I took it out, and there is nothing to it in the first place.
Anyone have any insight as to what I might be missing?

spielnicht, not sure what to tell you. From what you are describing (and me picturing), the glass needs to be pushed more into the gap to close it up. The only other possibility is the outside piece is installed too far into the door and needs to be slid towards the glass a little bit.
On a side note, if you are interested, it is looking like one of the other members will be coming down to my place in California MD next weekend and then we can take a look and see what we can do for you.
