Default Question: Low Whistling Sound When Driving 25mph?

I've been experiencing a low whistling sound coming either under the car or somewhere inside the car near the gas/brake pedal assembly. I'm suspecting it could be the driveshaft that others have experienced but from what i've read it was during driving at higher speeds 50, 60+mph. Mines occurs at 25mph. Once i gas it above 25 or brake under 25 the sound quickly disappears.

I also have another problem when pressing the brakes hard while not moving there is a loud whistling sound. Not sure if its related but i'll just put that out there as well. Don't wanna get to in depth with it as that problem might need its own thread.

Anybody got an idea of what it could be? If anyone wants to hear what its like i can record on my phone if needed.

Thanks & mahalos

My driveshaft bearing is out and it whines at 25mph.... I thought the noise was coming from the front of the car, but if you stick your head over the armrest while driving, I can tell it's coming from the rear. Maybe you have transfer case noise though, especially if you haven't changed the fluid in it. Just my thoughts
