Default Quick question

Hey guys, I have spent about an hour searching but haven't found how long it takes to drain/fill the transfer case. I was wondering if I can do this after work or if I should wait until the weekend. I want to get it done asap, so if its a two hour job, I can swing that after work tonight, but I don't want to wake up tomorrow with an empty x case. Thanks.

disguay, I think your bigger issue is going to be "how soon after stopping the car are you going to be willing to stick your hand up against the motor". Just saying. To give an estimate, I would say you can do it easily in 90 minutes, especially if you can pre-fab the new valve so all you have to do is drop the old drain plug, let the fluid come out and then screw in the new valve. But, from personal experience, you are not going to be willing to get under the car for atleast 90 minutes after stopping the car. So, be patient, wait for the weekend. That way you can walk out in the morning, pull the plug and not have to worry about burning yourself.
