Default Rear caliper bracket issue

When i did a brake lube job a couple months ago i noticed that the slide pin with the rubber sleeve was in the bottom hole on one caliper and the top hole on the other caliper. I reassembled as i found it.
Yesterday while all disassembled i noticed the top slide pin (rubber sleeved) on the passenger side would not move.
In fact i was unable to move it in or out at all.. It turns no problem.
Can i assume the pins on this side are wrong way around?
And if so how can i get that top pin out??
Im quite sure there is not a corrosion issue

iownme: The caliper pin w/ the rubber sleeve is in the top position, front & rear, per JEPC drawings. Whether that's critical or trivial, I don't know. But it is important that the brake pad housing slide freely on the pins.

If you must damage the stuck pin to removing it, dr dome can probably provide a replacement - he parts out X-Types at reasonable prices.

Use silicone grease on these pins. Petroleum grease degrades at hot brake temperatures, and it can weaken & swell the rubber sleeve and dust covers.

Perhaps the pin is stuck because a former owner used petroleum grease by mistake, and the rubber sleeve is now swollen in place? Just a guess.

It was me that lubed them last time using permatex ultra brake caliper lube (rubber safe)
I'm going to take the caliper mount off today and try harder.. Lol

Thanks Dr!
I removed the bracket from the car so i could get better pulling power.
With vice grips attached to the top of the pin i was able to pull to pin out...it took a lot of pulling power to get it out.
The pic attached shows what i found to be the problem.
Rubber sleeve already ordered!
