Rear trunk mat

These seem hard to find. Dealer says no longer available?

The original mat has a thick 1 inch padding and fiber board that covers the spare tire. These mats seem to be just a soft mat that sits on top of the original mat/fiberboard. The OEM part # is 1X43-310B02 AJ.
I found one, used in Lithuania. LOL

I saw those, they are in Europe.I was hoping there was something in the States. It seems odd Jaguar wouldn't have them as they are something that might be replaced from time to time.
