i have problems trying to unlock the car when its in the garage with the remote fob. normally when its parked in the street the remote works fine but in the confined space of a garage it has problems unlocking.

i dont think its the battery as it works fine normally.

where is the remote sensor located inside the car?

don't take my word for it- but I'm guessing its in the front of of the car rather than rear, because it always works for me when I use it from the front, but doesn't when I'm far from the car and the rear of the car is facing me.

 

that sounds about right then because i drive the car into the garage making the rear face me as i open the garage door. maybe i should either walk to the front of the car or reverse the car into the garage then. lol. thanks for the reply
