Default Replaced Catalytic Converter but still getting code

My sister recently bought a 2002 X-type with about 96k miles on it. She got a very good price (only $3k) but the right cat was partially blocked. I found a Jaguar replacement cat from X-Type Parts in the UK but it got stuck in customs and then sent back. It was taking so long that she decided to go with an aftermarket cat made for the X-Type. Had a muffler shop install it for a reasonable price and she drove it home. It had a check engine light and I told here to get it read/reset at AutoZone, which she has done twice. But it keeps coming back. I told her to get the exact code so that I can post it but in the mean time, anyone have any ideas about why it keeps coming back? Could it be that the ECM just needs to get used to the new cat?

Clean the contact / connector on the offending O2 sensor.

Maybe just wiggle the heck out of it.
