Replaced fan control module - fan runs continously

Replaced fan control module - fan runs continously
2005 Jaguar X Type replace fan control module with wiring harness adapter from RockAuto. Followed the wiring instructions (see attached), once I reconnected the battery the fans started running (no key in ignition). The only way to stop the fans is to disconnect the battery. Any ideas on where I may have made an error in wiring or other ideas?
