i guys please help me!
my X-Type( left hand yom 2001, 2500cc) still works and looks very very good...but the engine lights won't reset....
after fix the cruise control(just using an elettronical splay cleaner) i can't reset the dash light....must i buy a cheap OBD2 or you can suggest another way to reset it????
i try to disconnect battery for one day...don't works!
ps) burning the car is impossible, using a big heavy hammer too!!!

Looks like you are going to need a code reader to clear the code and reset the MIL (dash light.

Sounds like you did not fix the original issue or you have additional codes that need to be addressed. Best thing would be to get the codes read and post them here. A lot of knowledgeable people here that should be able to help get you sorted.
