going to change the audio system on my Jaguar 2002 x type. I have premium audio. Can anyone recommend how to run speaker wires from rear doors to front of passenger compartment.

Also, can anyone recommend speakers. I have heard that there is limited depth in doors. finally, can anyone recommend new headunit. I have read that you should stay away from double din units that have connectors in top half of unit because there is a fan that the connectors will bump into.
