RF inner CV joint loose on shaft?

RF inner CV joint loose on shaft?

I've been poking around the RF suspension and the joint seems quite loose and wobbly between the joint and the stub shaft sticking out of the transmission/transfer case.
The LHS seems tight on the shaft.

ANyone have this problem? replace axle shaft?

Common problem with CVU joints. Replace. I suggest you replace both at same time

What was the resolution with this? I am noticing the same thing on mine. The CV joint seems fine, but the the inner cup seems to move around a bit more than what I woud think is OK. It might be OK, but I don't know.

Did you change the cv joints and did this situation change? I don't see how, but I would like to know as I have the car jacked up in the driveway...;-)
