Default Rubber sway bar bushings lubricate or not

I'm replacing my front sway bar bushings on my 05 X-Type Sportwagon and wondering whether there is a consensus on whether or not to lubricate rubber with Fabric lining (not poly) ARB bushings to keep them silent (which I prioritize) . In my online searches her and elsewhere, I've seen directly conflicting advice from seemingly good-ish sources. And even a claim that different versions of the factory service manual say both yes and no to lube (tho the PDF I have implies many no grease). I'm putting in rubber ones with the fabric lining (which I think is PTFE infused) I am trying aftermarket Febi/Bilstein ones here first since these are fairly simple bushings and not where I'd prefer to spend OE $ (10x +) if I don't have to. Is there a current consensus on lube/not? And if lube, any consensus on what to use? Silicone grease, dry PTFE spray, other lubricants...
