Default Rumbly noise when not accelerating

I have 02. 2.5 Xtype with 137k. Whenever I take my foot off the accelerator, I get a low rumbly noise. It is driving me nuts. I checked the cv axles, drive shaft hanger bearings, wheel bearings, upper rear spring mounts, brake rotors. Anyone out there have any ideas? Now my ABS light has started going on intermittently.

Thank You

Looking like a wheel bearing: pull code to see if it identifies which abs sensor and then check that wheel bearing,
They dont always give movement on a check but if its affecting ABS it should be?
Although ABS code could be a red herring and its diff or transfer box?
