Default RE: rust already?!?!

I put this post up about 2 months ago on how my car had two rust spots on it already. Well here is the long update to that problem. I took the car up to the dealer and the manager there seemed pretty sure that they would fix this for me. They were waiting on the regional manager to come around and take a look at it. The manager at the dealership said he will call me in a week…. Well a week came and went. Then two weeks. Finally I called him. He said “I am just waiting for"Guy" (regional sales manager) to release his schedule for February; it should be sometime this week”. This was in the last week of January. I thought cool soon I won’t have this beautiful car with the ugly rust! Well February 7th came and no call yet so I called them. He said the schedule has not been released yet. A week passed then two weeks passed. No call. On February 25th I decided to call them. Just as I was about to dial my phone it rang. When I answered it was the dealership! “Guy" is here, can you bring the car in?” they asked. “Now”? I said. He said “yes. He is only here for two days.” Like I am supposed to drop everything I am doing after waiting over a month for him! So I drop everything, go and take the car up there."Guy" looks at the car. Asked me ten times “you did not notice this when you bought it?” to which I replied “no” ten times. He looked at the car for 5 minutes and said they will call me midweek. Midweek came and went so the next week I called them. The girl there told me she remembers getting an email about it. She looked for about 5 minutes and found the email. “Oh here it is. They denied it” she said. I asked why, she said it does not say. So I waited almost 2 months to have them tell me no! Great. I hung up and called the 800 number. I explained my problem to the customer service lady. She said she would look into it for me and call me in a few days. Unlike everyone else from Jaguar she actually called me back and you would not believe what she told me. “The reason they denied fixing you rust is because we don’t have all the service records on the car”. I asked what does that mean. “Well we don’t know if any other rust treatment was ever put on the car”. So how am I to prove that a rust treatment was NOT used? Shouldn’t they prove that a rust treatment HAS been used before denying the claim? I asked her how am I to prove one has not been used, which it has not as far as I can tell. I hung up the phone disgusted with Jaguar. Don’t get me wrong, I love my Jag just not how this issue has been dealt with. I figure I have a few options. First, I know a couple of radio show host. Perhaps I can mention to Jaguar cars how I would hate to go on national radio and discuss my experience with this issue so far. Second, have my lawyer review the warranty and call them plus send a letter about how they need to honor this warranty. Third, keep battling it out with Jaguar on my own and see how far I can get. Oh I almost forgot, my corrosion warranty ends in April. Any thoughts?

So they want you to prove that something WAS NOT done to the car? Actually, I don't think that is possible is it? For that matter, how do they know they don't have all of the service records? maybe they actually have all of the records and there is no record of rust prevention being applied.Maybe the car has never been serviced for any reason, other than the records they have. How could they state otherwise?

So if A = B and B = C, then A = C. right? Not at Jaguar I guess.
