has anyone been able to get jag to replace there seat rocking problem from the 02's? or will they tell you it's too old and has too much mileage? thanks, Bill

 

Actually i think they didnt fix that problem and you can buy the kit to stop that from a dealer...at least thats what i heard...pretty sure they feel its our problem...that is quite irritating isn't it!!!???[:@]

 

I think there's a TSB on that...

 

I heard that when someone took theirs in it was too late or something and we had to pay for it...could be me making it up but thats what I remember?

Alrighty! Make sure you let us know and if you could let me know what they say to do as every dealer is different on policy. Let me know what I need to tell mine if they will fix yours! That drives me nuts but I try to not let it bother me!

 

Well I called the dealer here just now and there was a tsb for the seats which needed to be fixed under factory warranty. This means that to all of us whom don't have the warranty are screwed and either continue to have us get irritated about it or pay the pied piper! Oh well. I called him to check on a paint pen for my car...I'll post pics of that as soon as I can! So as I presumed we are screwed!
