Default Serious trouble removing my bumper!

I am having the toughest time trying to remove my front bumper..

Some of the screws were stuck on there really good, but this one screw is driving me nuts.
It's located on the driver side on the corner near the wheel. This part of the bumper bends so much that when I try to put a lot of pressure on the screw it pushes the bumper upward and doesn't let me get a straight on drive into the screw.
I already stripped the screw...
Any suggestions?

Is it a screw, or a 10mm-head bolt?

I have had this happen before...I just keep the bolt for the next time I attach the try...sometimes I cant get all the bolts to square up and it seems random each time. I just keep the bolt or two for the next time I have to remove the tray...no biggie

It was a screw, but i went to my mechanic and he said to take a vice and use that, it worked..
Now the bolt on each side of the car behind the wheel liner are giving me a hard time...

Gave up...for now...

It's too cold here in new york.

I also have work in a couple of hours.

I got as far as taking every bolt and screw out except for the one behind each wheel liner.
I just can't get my hands/tools in there to take em out...

Any suggestions for next time?

Thanks..the battle continues

I turned my wheels each way to get those out.

There's only two hex head screws with 10 mm heads on each side at the top of the bumper (inside between the wheel well and headlight) and one outside on each side next to the headlights holding the bumper on, along with an easy string of Phillips head screws along the bottom.
