Default RE: side mouldings loose

Shortly after buying our 2003 last year while cleaning it I sat on the sill of the rear drivers side door and put to much weight on the lower trim piece and dislodged the clips holding it. I put it back in place using some double stick exterior tape I had and the trim is still holding in place after several times through the car wash plus winter driving. The tape I use was bought at Walmart in the tape section of the paint dept.
