I have an 05, non-navi system and may have access to a complete navi system from an 03.
Is it as simple as swaping the unit, or is there more to it?

From what I have gathered it isn't just a plug in because the cars are not already wired for the Nav system. Here is a link that will give you an idea what needs to be done to put this system in.
