Default spark plugs and ignition coils? iridium? 2.5 2002

I am looking to replace the spark plugs and ignition coils on my 2.5 2002 x-type. I would love to go iridium if possible... Anyone know the stock heat index? Anyone have good and bad experiences with anything? Thanks in advance!

Are the coils bad?

Devious, I would say to first stay away from the split/dual/quad electrode plugs. People here have used them and from what I have seen, no one has had a good experience with them. If there are, they are few and far between.

As for iridium vs platinum, I think this is more a personal preference. I am not sure what the heat index is for our cars.

How do you know if the coils are bad? Is there a way to test them?

Please wait to see what a few others say but if it were me, I would prefer these as they are a known brand, the part is crucial to the running of the car and three of them are not so easy to get to. A set is around 67 USD more than the ones you linked to
